I just received a manual copyright claim for literally two notes in a 25 minute video. Which means some record label employee was tasked with listening to hours of my content waiting to hear anything they recognize so they can claim that the entire video belongs to them.

Because clearly, the entire value of my video is based on those two notes, which take up less than a second, or 0.065% of my entire work. They now get 100% of the profit made from that video.

Don't lie. YouTube doesn't care about content creators, only its ad companies and its massive corporate partners. ContentID is illegal and you know it, but you also know that Universal Music Group has billions of dollars and lots of lawyers. Content creators don't.
