Hmm it's not that cheap..individuals on early bid is less than 500, but about the talks (from a proposals reviewer perspective), the selected talks are not related with companies behind them,.. and trust me, "sales pitch" proposals are dropped right away

Agree with Eduardo. I found #KubeCon to be highly competitive in context of proposal acceptation (lightning talks, presentation etc.) and the best part is that you'll see variety of session about different new container, cloud native based technologies.
