Even last year most people we interviewed planned to move to Bay Area. This year only a few wanted to move.

What I’ve noticed is the only people who talk about “the Bay Area” live in the Bay Area.

Everyone else (at least lately) tends to be thankful they don’t have to live there (or have recently left California).

In the next dip, which most VCs and economists predicts will happen in the next 1-2 years, I believe there will be an increase number of entrepreneurs to the Bay Area.
