Hello, We would like to clarify that the email is not an official address of a Zoho employee but a personal user account. Zoho does not endorse or support hatred of such sort. Meanwhile, We see the account has been closed from our platform already. Hope this clarifies. ^AK

Jim, post your video we took definitive action and removed this feature in the Free and Trial accounts last July. Besides, we now seek approval from the end user to enable Blank Screen. We stand with you in your commitment to stop scammers and condemn abuse of our services. ^PP
