Still one of the best things I’ve read on being a trans ally.

Well, I’m just a straight man who arguably has no skin in the game, but this doesn’t seem to me to address the issues. And those issues have to do with sincerity. Trans women who brandish their penises and threaten to beat up terfs are not womxn.

Inclusion is not enough. Feminism as a whole needs to take an honest look at its significant history of transphobia, acknowledge the many areas where it has deliberately damaged the trans community and start taking large steps to repair and compensate for that damage.

In a traditionaly patriarchal society it is women who need to look at their attitudes towards trans rights? Really? The misogyny in this attitude is massive

Such an articulate way of summing up how I feel on this poisonously divisive issue. United we stand, divided we fall. Thank you.

How can a man with a dick in a dress truly understand what it is to be a woman? His privilege started when he was born. I don’t want to unite with dicks in dresses. My battle with patriarchy is a long hard road and I don’t want it shared or interrupted by men who claim my space.

Disappointing, tiresome nonsense. "Nicey- nicey," my mother used to call it.
