    One reason why grad students find it tough to do economic theory: It takes courage to make wrong guesses. For (most) problem sets, you know ahead of time that your target theorem is true and provable. For real research, you have to guess. (1/N)

    Very cool JMP by . Using carefully designed experiment, she finds that women are less likely to take credit for group output than men, despite the same level of contribution. Men are also more likely to overturn/correct the work of others.

    Grab has been instructed to “maintain its pre-[Uber] merger pricing algorithm”... for protection "while not affecting Grab’s flexibility to apply dynamic pricing". How the heck is this supposed to work - supply/demand are just inputs!
