An update to this: - OTA update didn’t compile (under some circumstances) - Refactored gall had a latent bug where compilation wasn’t muled - Ford subscriptions to clay are likely broken

Branch has been tested and found gud. We'll OTA later this evening and I'll follow up here with an announcement. But it should "just fix everything"
