  14. Good place to look for links to data: Some are proprietary, some are free.

  15. How to get patrons to store the data appropriately- ie not on personal devices when restricted. Educate/encourage good practice.

  16. Use professional connections to find a person @ an agency who may be willing to help a fellow alum/colleague with a data request.

  17. Sometimes undergrads are more successful than institutions asking for data, but librarians can help students formulate a request.
