        Actually, it’s worse: only government accounts are exempt from from the rules for common folks. So, it’s only against the TOS to threaten with nuclear war if you DON’T have the means to start one - it’s okay for government and military accounts to do so.

        I think it’s safe to assume that Twitter classifies Trump’s account as a government one, considering they rewrote their TOS to make room for Trump within the new rules.
