I had never seen that until researching how carrier bundles allowed connecting to public Wi-Fi! makes me wonder which vendor lobbied for its addition 😅

Brings back memory of my French cell provider, FreeMobile. They did this in the early 2013 to connect to the broadband hotspot WiFi (their own router).
