I was thinking the same thing, it's their flaw on the service,most people just assumed it was available for everyone... Lousy customer service,Sony is turning into something I really don't like ,ever since Kaz and Yoshida left and Jim Ryan took over their policies just get worse.

lmao, it is Sonys fault that they allow it at all. It could have been avoided by many steps - f.e. only playable on ps5, or even code with new ps5. It is only Sony's fault that people are doing it.
