i thought if i moved to a big city i would never feel lonely but it’s weird because when you are alone without wanting to be alone in a place with millions of people around you, it feels so much lonelier than being alone someplace else.

accidentally developed a crush on the boy that sat next to me on the train for 5 minutes & he was reading an e book on his phone & i was like slyly trying to see what he was reading & this man tilted his screen away from me i am both embarrassed & hurt

i’m seriously so tired & it makes me so anxious & i don’t know what to do about it. & maybe i’m overreacting because they haven’t been violent or explicitly threatening but when a fully grown man starts naming his children after u & planning his entire life around u, it’s scary

there’s another man who is doing this to me now & it is so scary & stressful & there isn’t anything i can do about it. block them, they take it as acknowledgment. they feel seen. they know you’re reading their messages & they like it. block them & they just make new accounts

this man that i have no relationship with / to / i had made it explicitly clear to that i wanted nothing to do with, told this cop that we were in a relationship & the officer seemed to believe him because he himself believed it so fully

i was being harassed by a man in my town & when it finally got to the point that i had to notify the police, a cop went to his house, spoke to him, called me back, & said “your friend told me that…” & i had to reiterate to the cop AGAIN that this was not a friend.

there are scary men on the internet but the scariest imo most dangerous ones are the dudes that have fully convinced themselves that we are together / are meant to be together & have built up delusions in their heads that they have some right to me & my attention

crying realizing this might’ve been my last full ramadan in my hometown community. my last full ramadan having iftar with my friends at the mosque or at home with my family & my mommas cooking!! i hate growing up
