    (2) re: “white and asian women are *not* underrepresented minorities in tech.” I’ll be the first to say that I have been extremely fortunate / privileged and haven’t personally experienced a lot of the negatives.

    Alright so I agree with some of the point here, but also: (1) For at least some students at GHC, the “glorified career fair” is exactly what’s most useful for them to get those internships / jobs because many companies don’t have the resources to recruit at every school.
