You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
But more importantly, my argument is that in many ways, free speech is flourishing but that our attention has been captured and is channeled by ad-financed platforms and their algorithms and their design. Attention, not speech, is the challenge to address. That's missing here.
