Sure, people want free shipping and do like Amazon's convenience; but they also want Amazon to pay taxes to help pay for the USPS infrastructure that allows for rural and far-flung communities to receive *subsidized* delivery. This stuff is obvious once you step out of DC-bubble.

Yep. So many people are missing this issue. Trump isn't just Trump. There's a global rumbling and realignment and that the US got Trump is a fluke. Too many takes about the moment (fine, fine, I write them, too

So, if I were to summarize: he's *tapping* into a sentiment that echoes a reality (infrastructure is failing, even more so in rural US, and big corps could pay more in taxes for infrastructure because they also use it) even if his policies do not line up/help. Correct?
