On the one hand, this tension between getting attention and movement goals is not new—ask anyone from the 60s anti-war movement. But the online attention economy introduces new twists and turns. Bunch of stuff from my book. https://www.twitterandteargas.org/ pic.twitter.com/zUMK87c8PY
