No, nope, this is the exact opposite of what will likely happen. Facebook, Amazon, Netflix etc. will buy their lane, and will remain nominally free. It's a great thread. I am old and unsophisticated but to me it represents the realignment of Internet to the status of former iterations (newspaper, telegraph, radio/TV etc). Controllable by either state or private organs depending.on sociopolitical culture.
