I’m still not sure how that is legal based on FDA regs for dairy naming.
I think the labelling rule is that anything with less than 0.5g fat per serving can be rounded down to 0. That's why for "fat free" cooking spray, the serving size is a spray lasting 1/3 second. Keeps it under 0.5g fat.
My wife asks this question every time we're at the supermarket and I still don't know what to say to her.
