Do you believe we can protect anti-censorship tools while still allowing an entity to control which services get to be hidden?
What does it do that’s good that we can’t otherwise do? I’m very sensitive to protecting anti-censorship tools, but what are we doing here?

What do you think needs to be hidden server—and is not achievable any other way? Not what the NYT did (yeay). I think it’s time to ask this.

An onion URI is self-certifying. So you can have a stable reference to a censorship-resistant service (can move servers/locations if req'd)
