They just added five quick presses turns PIN back on for touch, specifically for that, so I'm assuming there's a similar option for Face ID
It almost certainly works the same way as a fingerprint.
In iOS 11 pressing side button 5x disables biometric ID.
They grab you though. swiping the phone from the person is already a common police technique. Honestly complicated issue for me
@jmp_nyc This is exactly why it didn’t work at first during the demo. You can also press Lock five times to force a passcode unlock.
How would the phone be able to tell if I actually want to unlock it at any given time? Checking the time doesn’t mean I want to unlock.
