A danger for movements is the way reasonable self-encouragement slides into a self-congratulatory, radical chic posing. That's..not radical.

That's why there is no formula. It's a process. Also, the harder, the more radical the goals, the deeper the need for strategic thinking.

It's pretty easy to sound radical. It's very hard to bring about radical change in society. The latter requires clear-eyed, long-term work.
