When interviewed on AI & driving, people ask me the "making moral decisions on crashes/trolley problem". That's a small/non-dilemma issue.
There may be some such decisions but most of the time, they are such rare edge cases. Who knows who is in which car, etc?

I think the idea is to aim to avoid those situations entirely. Airlines have mostly succeeded in doing so, even with human pilots!
