It is quite hard to crowdsource this. Would quickly be abused; ppl will organize false reports. It'll miss stuff AND be used for censorship.

"Community policing" is attractive for platforms--cheap--but it just creates lots and lots of other problems. Just have to accept the cost.

It's still not going solve the problem. Many users will be exposed to the content before a content mod at FB sees it and renders judgement
