I would also do a bit of dumbell lifting. Most women don't bulk up just from a bit of weight training. @zeynep wrote an article about it.

Run if you enjoy it. Great for your heart. But lifting/strength (at pace if you want so it's also cardio) is great, efficient, efficacious.

(Also strength/lifting exercise that also involve core muscles are a great way to stave off injury and just be healthier even for runners).

agree lifting is key. a few HIIT sessions/wk are a great complement. I recommend book One Minute Workout.
