I would also do a bit of dumbell lifting. Most women don't bulk up just from a bit of weight training. @zeynep wrote an article about it.

Also, weirdly unknown outside hard-core exercisers, but very well-known to serious athletes: building muscles is better for weight control.

Run if you enjoy it. Great for your heart. But lifting/strength (at pace if you want so it's also cardio) is great, efficient, efficacious.
