I would also do a bit of dumbell lifting. Most women don't bulk up just from a bit of weight training. @zeynep wrote an article about it.

In any case, I assure you it can't just happen. But lifting weights will give you strength and endurance and better metabolism.

Also, weirdly unknown outside hard-core exercisers, but very well-known to serious athletes: building muscles is better for weight control.
