Not for women; and if you were going to omit weights, the higher end makes more sense. Using 50lbs=better positioned for body weight.

I'm happy to help! Any male who "trains seriously" can easily use body weight routines on the road. Not true for beginners/intermediate ppl.

I'm .. just going to disagree. Been going to gyms my adult whole life; learned most everything from pretty hardcore lifters/trainers.

The fitness industry all that though; and it is misleading women away from lifting real weights. Weights aren't just for men.
