Unfortunately, none of them are audited. Many VPNs are scams—a huge privacy risk. Making recs based on best available but incomplete info.

Going entirely by memory, I think I read a few days ago that Cloak was audited (a long time ago). Not 100% sure though.

And preferably VPNs located in the EU (not UK though that won't matter soon).

We're located in Finland, so our privacy laws are pretty good and no fear of government backdoors.

Hackers also use VPNs, so many services (media companies, Netflix, etc.) block them :S. It is also hard to fully trust VPN providers
