It is backstabbing to label Black Bloc as police. Instead, argue against their methods rationally.

I didn't label them. It is simply true; they have been, historically, heavily infiltrated.

#spycops case shows any activist group could be infiltrated -#BlackBloc not special case.2 replies 0 retweets 3 likes -

Not same. Infiltration of (in their mind) secrecy-based groups has very different outcomes/consequences.

A group assuming public knowledge/expanding networks doesn't risk the same; the other model is catastrophic (regular) failure.

I am not sure you can make clear distinctions between 'secret' and 'public knowledge' groups. Most groups have elements of both.

Correct; they do. But some groups have some (time and time again proven baseless) model that they can be 100% secret.

The whole argument of wearing masks especially while pushing legal boundaries is you can keep that secret. Always disproven.

But groups who wear masks are most conscious of infiltration & surveillance. It's those who trust law & democracy who aren't.

And yet, they are surveilled and infiltrated - in UK, e.g. Green Party and Campaign Against the Arms Trade - both 'public' orgs.
