yes, but people don't 'believe' what they read. They might however change how they feel in reaction to peer pressure

Fake news doesn't spread as media, it spreads as a social community formation system. I'll I'll take that over media any day.

Also tilts the whole ecology. I think it's want to study all this as media; it's construction of social facts which are potent.
