      These are legal immigrants. Already evaluated case by case. Passed all the checks. They're all trapped now; either inside or outside the US.

      The international system works that way. If you can't stay where you are, sent to country of your nationality, even if you had fled them.

          Those documents are valid only if the US government says they are valid.The stay doesn't seem to cover that. Only detainees.
