Outagamie county, SORRY. Preliminary data showed at least 4 precincts with clearly suspicious data as votes were more than ballots

this was due to the fact the ballots were double sided and votes were counted twice, YET the ONLY one whose tally went up? Trump.

in short, votes counted twice ONLY went to Trump by mistake. All others stayed the same. Let's say, this is an unlikely coincidence
