They already censor/decide as they want. FB isn't media effects: it's peer/social effects which we know work.

Have you seen the Nature voting paper? Huge impacts from even tiny tweaks, because it's social.

Not a media effects model. This is social/peer more than media effects—but consider cultivation theory too.
