That's the coalition he is forging. If economic issues keep getting ignored, it can solidify and get larger.

It helped swing the election. That chart, unweighted by population, and no race, doesn't even make the case in the tweet.

Over 100k is a marginal voting block, always votes R, probably swung more D now, and thus overall chart is very very misleading.
