It's hard to overstate how dangerous this spiral of loss of trust in key institutions is. Such damage feeds on itself; hard to stop cycle.
@dandrezner This is why I can't stand people who brush off things like Clinton Foundation. Trust in institutions matters.
Especially as Trump & surrogates prepare supporters to do violence in response to loss assuming cheating.

@normative I'm certain it won't be. But error will be much smaller than margin of victory.
Then again, a follow-up question should ask if they have an idea how the counting is actually done.
If they don't know/care about how it's done, no amount of procedural safeguards will improve their trust...
