T-Mobile charged me $100 for a single 45-min phone call to Australia. What's the logic behind screwing long-term customers this way?
@tomgara I once made a mistake like that so they retroactively let me sign up for the international calling plan. Ask them to do that.

@zeynep With T-Mobile or someone else? I asked T-Mobile and they told me there's no way to reverse a charge once it's already been made. -
