@ncweaver Yeah. Now it's 2015 and it's Turkey. Despite all the political censorship, Turkey relies on e-gov services and .TR is crucial. -
@ncweaver TR response is to shut down .TR access to outside world. Temporary fix, brings other issues. Should be studied, not minor event.
