@mims @jeffweiner In other words, the "undegreed" are not getting the jobs because there are so many "degreed" willing to do low-skill jobs.

@mims@jeffweiner No alternative credentialing system (formal, informal, etc. etc.) is going to solve the basic lack of supply of good jobs. -
@mims@jeffweiner This has been studied to death, did I say? This is also why job training programs yield no results. Issue on supply side.
