The *original* point was about the dominance of aerosols. Physics settles that question. I don't care what you call them, as long as people understand what you mean. Relevant: what you need to mitigate. Hence stress on N95 mask, air purification/ventilation etc.

We’ll take correct mitigations and a straightforward explanation of why, so people can protect themselves best, and resources into ventilation and better masks, and not to plexiglass, that’s all. It’s a pandemic. Some of us recognize there’s more than one’s ego at stake.

Who do you want the apology from? The WHO? I find this so bizarre. This entire thread isn’t an argument with anyone who is saying “No! You’re wrong, it’s all droplet spread!” The sanctimoniousness is fascinating.

I said the people who deserve apologies should get, at a minimum, civility, from people who were wrong about most basic stuff until like yesterday. The rest is for history.
