Yeah I agree. Also, at the end of it, I still don’t know why people don’t care. Though, the piece did make me yearn for more different views in outlets like the Atlantic.

Part of it felt like the article was a long brag about being maliciously apathetic, like that's something to be proud of instead of a sign of deep disconnect and the insulation of privilege.
