Agree. I was skeptical in summer—especially since the early data was so confounded. But since then, long before Omicron, we had high-quality data strongly suggesting this is a three-dose primary series. (Happens with many vaccines!). I am 100% for vaccines going to countries that need them, in an equitable manner, and antivirals going to where the outbreaks are, regardless of ability to pay. The separate question here is: is this a three-dose primary series vaccine. The answer seems pretty clear.
