Sure, there is lots of hypocrisy. I’m not saying they are going to endorse your entire suite of opinions. I’m saying your profile primarily around covid stuff very likely grants you influence. So when you complain about someone being silenced on Twitter it could have an impact.

And Alina is someone who hasn’t exactly suffered under Twitter’s yoke. She’s got a national profile & a book deal from her Twitter activity. Hence, now when she complains about her replies being hidden (prob for reason you say) she can attract high profile support & attention.
