Sure, there is lots of hypocrisy. I’m not saying they are going to endorse your entire suite of opinions. I’m saying your profile primarily around covid stuff very likely grants you influence. So when you complain about someone being silenced on Twitter it could have an impact.

I honestly can’t remember a time when social media platforms didn’t attract criticism beyond enthusiastic puff pieces and techno optimists. Maybe the UK had a different atmosphere than the US but I remember lots of criticism even back with dialup chat rooms, irc & messenger.
