On an ill-advised lark, I looked up the "nutritional info" for the salads in a super-duper-green-we-let-nature lead salad bowl place near my new office. I *knew* what the answer would look like but still shocked at how bad it was. Now wondering how bad it could get for "salad."

if you eat it solely because of taste, it's probably alright, not mind-blowing honestly, if you eat it because it's healthy, you're in for a rude surprise. And that's the worst imo.

That's the wrong way to look at it. The greens are super healthy and low in calories. Of course it is high in fat - a good salad dressing should be 2/3 oil and 1/3 acid (like vinegar). Plus nuts. As for sugar - a little honey, fruit, is ok.

Prefer fish with vegetables in olive oil. Salad is for the rabbits.
