Kinda hitting a sore spot here with me as my mother was a geriatric RN who also thought asthma and other ailments (cancer is a personality disease. negativity induces cancer) were all of the mind. Drug reactions are real. Unless there is some massive hypochondria taking place.

Participants were hooked up to machines to measure their "sleep quality" overnight. Those that got a "good quality" result out performed the others on cognitive tests. Thing is the machines did nothing and the results were just randomly assigned. Even placebo sleep is a thing!
