Is there a single positive reason for the daily COVID attestation process in schools? It feels like a lot of money wasted on buggy apps and delays in schools.
*At most*, a weekly reminder/attestation would do whatever good this daily click-click-click process is supposed to do.

I wish our day care still did temperature checks along with the daily attestation like they did last year. Now, we just do a daily attestation with a question that almost every parent must lie about sometimes: Does anyone in the house have a runny nose, cough, diarrhea, etc

temp checks won't slow the spread of the virus, I'd have more faith in not lying as a strategy.

Private schools using them in Houston. Perhaps leaning into what tools they feel they have available to heighten sensitivity when others preaching “normal”.
