I mean, the last I heard of something like this is that immunologist comp individuals that are treated with the MABs developed all of the variants. I quite like that theory.

by during "time of transmission" you mean, giving a vaccine injection while a person is concomitantly being infected? I guess I have not read this theory. id theorize that, if during the time of viral contraction, the airways and lungs, etc are being exposed. 1/2

2/2 and the vaccine isn't given in the lungs or airways (yet). so you wouldn't get "clonal deletion" or something like that. the mRNA vax, at least, doesn't go systemic; I think it lasts minutes... (have to check on the latest on that).
