Mississippi (and West Virginia’s) vaccination rate towards things like measles and other diseases is so strong precisely because of the poor social conditions in the state. And in both states it’s worked.

Of course. Vaccination is a cheaper, easier and more effective exactly in places with poor social conditions compared to almost any other intervention in our arsenal.
