“Misleading” is WAY too vague. Needs one more level of detail, like false data, cognitive bias, faulty logic, outright lie, all of the above. But that’s probably too much for most people. Algorithms can only get them so far until the ML catches up.

i’m very concerned that these will be handled by machine learning algorithms given the company’s rhetoric from when i was there and their unwillingness to admit that the rules are enforced inconsistently
