I don't know. What kind of speed are we talking about? Those laws only work well at speeds <0.1c. However, sufficient speed could turn a yellow card red. Maybe that.

Ha ha. Tough call and sure doesn't seem like the Swedish player meant any harm. Maybe his toe could've been pointed vs. he had his cleats straight up and that's more dangerous? Impossible to say when not playing live.
